How it works

A report that ends in a decision.

You have dashboards. You don’t have an answer to which marketing brings customers. We line up the tracking so every lead has a source, apply your sales team’s definition of a good one, and end the report with a decision.

  • A source for every lead
  • Quality, not just count
  • A decision every month
Talk to us about Attribution & Reporting
  1. Where leads came from

See known sources and tracking gaps

Campaign naming, tracking parameters and call tracking help connect inquiries to known sources. Missing sources stay visible for investigation.

    • Source categories with gaps documented
    • Phone and form leads counted the same way
    • One table your whole team reads the same

    OutcomeNumbers you can argue from

  2. Which ones were real

    A form fill isn’t a customer

Your sales team’s definition of a good lead, applied to every source. A form fill isn’t a customer.

    • Direct sent six leads and two were real
    • Referral sent four, and all four were real
    • Now the budget conversation has numbers

OutcomeCost per qualified lead, by channel

  3. What to do next

The report ends in a decision

The report ends with the moves it supports and the gaps it can’t close, written down.

    • Three decisions, one per source that moved
    • One open question named, not buried
    • Next month’s report starts from these

    OutcomeBudget moved to what works

What’s included

Know what’s working. Fund it.

Most reports tell you what happened. Ours tells you what to do about it. We connect ad platforms, analytics and your sales records so you can move budget toward what’s working, with confidence.

Define what counts

A form fill isn’t a customer. We agree what a lead, a qualified lead and a closed deal mean in your business, and report on all three.

  • Conversion and lead definitions
  • Sales stages your team already uses
  • The decisions the report needs to support

Connect the data

Campaign names, tracking parameters, call tracking and CRM fields lined up so the same lead reads the same way in every system.

  • Analytics, ads and CRM connected
  • Call and form tracking
  • Duplicate and missing-data cleanup

Report for decisions

Cost per lead, cost per customer and ROI by channel, on one page, with what the data can’t see written down instead of hidden.

  • Monthly source-to-revenue report
  • Attribution model stated on the report
  • Gaps and unknowns made visible

What you get

Real deliverables, every month.

  • Measurement plan

What counts as a lead, a qualified lead and a customer, how each is tracked and who uses the answer.

  • Tracking cleanup

Campaign names, UTMs, call tracking and CRM fields fixed so one lead reads the same way everywhere.

  • Sales feedback loop

A simple way for your team to mark lead quality, feeding straight into the report.

  • Monthly attribution report

Leads, qualified leads, cost per lead and revenue by source, on one page, with the decision each number supports.

  • Known gaps

What the data can’t see, listed, so nobody mistakes a blind spot for a zero.

What to expect

Your first 90 days, and every quarter after.

  1. Days 1 to 30

    Define and connect

    • Agree what a lead and a customer mean
    • Fix tracking, naming and the CRM handoff
    • Build the first report from what exists
  2. Days 30 to 90

    Report and decide

    • Update sources, quality and cost per lead
    • Record the decision and the open questions
    • Prioritize unresolved measurement gaps
  3. Every quarter

    Reconcile

    • Match the report to sales records
    • Revisit definitions as the offer changes
    • Drop numbers nobody uses

Proof over promises

What you’ll see every month.

See how your marketing is performing and where to invest next. Your report connects the work with the measures below, giving you clear priorities for the next month.

  • Leads by source

Known lead sources by channel and campaign, with missing sources identified.

  • Qualified leads

The share your team accepted, and what disqualified the rest.

  • Cost per qualified lead

By channel, so budget follows results.

  • Revenue by source

Closed deals tied back to the marketing that started them, where your CRM allows.

  • Unknowns

Leads with no source, tracked as a number to shrink.

Two ways to work with us

A focused project.
Or a monthly plan.

Start with the problem you need solved. A project handles one defined change. A plan puts us on your website, content and campaigns every month.

FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions we hear before a first call about Attribution & Reporting. If yours isn’t here, ask it.

Will attribution track every customer touchpoint?

Attribution connects the touchpoints your systems can record. Consent choices, multiple devices and offline conversations can leave gaps. We label those gaps and explain the model so you can use the report with confidence.

Which attribution model do you use?

The simplest one that answers your question, and we print it on the report. Last-touch can answer which recorded interaction preceded a conversion. When campaigns work together, we add a longer view. Two models can tell different stories about the same month, so we always say which one you’re looking at.

Can you connect our ad platforms, analytics and CRM?

Usually, yes, once we’ve confirmed access and how your fields are set up. The measurement plan spells out what each system contributes and where data can drop.

How do you handle phone calls?

With call tracking, calls land in the report with their source. Without it, we count calls from your team’s records and flag them as a gap, and we’ll recommend call tracking if calls matter to you.

What if the report disagrees with our sales numbers?

Somewhere it will. The quarterly reconciliation finds where, fixes what can be fixed and writes down what can’t. A report that matches sales to the dollar is usually hiding something.

What happens when I get in touch?
