Service pages describe areas of work and discussion; they do not by themselves establish an engagement, acceptance of a project or a guaranteed outcome.
Service agreements
Scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, timing and other commercial terms belong in the agreement for an engagement. The plan comparison is a starting point for that conversation. Do not infer unlisted terms, advertising credits or platform compatibility from a package name.
Requests and email
Sending a form emails your request to Mithril. It does not by itself run a Lumen analysis, subscribe an address or open a support ticket; a person reads it and replies. If a form cannot send, it says so and gives the address to email instead.
Responsible use
Use the site and its request interfaces for relevant, lawful communication. Do not include credentials, payment details or private customer information in an initial inquiry. Only share material you have permission to provide.
