What counts as basic development?

On any plan it’s done as needed in your maintenance window, with no new quote. When a request is really a new build, a redesign or a custom feature, we tell you and quote it as a project before any work starts.
Do we need a new website or a redesign?
Start with what’s stopping the current site from doing its job. If the structure is sound, targeted work on the message, key pages or contact flow is faster and cheaper. If design, content and platform are all in the way, a rebuild pays off. Send us the URL and we’ll tell you which.
Can you work on a site you didn’t build?
Yes. Basic development and maintenance are part of every plan, whoever built the site. Its platform and condition set what we can take on, and if something needs a project first, we say so before we start.
How do you price a custom build?
By the work, not the page count. Content, design complexity, integrations, approval rounds and the platform you’re on all shape it. You get a fixed scope, price and schedule in writing before we start, and plan clients get 5%, 10% or 15% off.
Will a new website get us more leads?
A better site converts more of the visitors you already have and gives SEO and ads something worth sending people to. It can’t create demand by itself. We set a baseline before launch and measure what changes after, so you see the real effect.
